The steak knife guard sheaths seem to be good quality, I like the felt interior which protects the knifes. However, these sheaths were a little longer than my steak knifes, but still function. I wish they would offer a larger 12" version for a brisket slicer.

My wife and I decided to buy a set of Cangshan steak knives after talking to a set of friends who own them too. We just made some filet mignons the other night and used our new Cangshan knives for the mean. What a great steak knife. Glad we went with Cangshan and will continue to upgrade all our knives with the Cangshan brand.
