If you care about a review from someone after only 5 days, I am happy with my shears.
I'm starting with 5 stars because of my previous pair of poultry shears from Cangshan. These appear equally well made. It's been days, so I couldn't provide a very comprehensive review, but I'm disposed to give Cangshan the benefit of the doubt.
