Description

Clean, modern design meets the performance of Swedish 14C28N steel in the AKKA Series. Each forged blade is heat treated for a sharp edge, durability, and lasting edge retention, while full-tang construction provides strength and balance. The demi-bolster allows the entire blade edge to be sharpened, and three stain-resistant steel rivets secure the ergonomic handle for a comfortable, confident grip. Each knife comes with a dark walnut magnetic wood Saya-style sheath shaped to fit and protect its individual blade.

The 5-inch serrated utility knife is an everyday essential, designed to cleanly slice anything from bagels and crusty breads to cured meats or tough-skinned fruits and vegetables. The serrations pierce the exterior of the food and slice through with very little pressure needed, preventing your cut from crushing even the most delicate foods like fresh, ripe tomatoes.
