      Phenomenal knife

      Out of this world! Cuts through crusty sourdough without tearing and with unsurpassed ease, preserving the delicate soft crumb as well. Never imagined a knife like this could be made. Buying more before they’re gone. The picture speaks for itself when talking about appearance. Highly recommend this bread knife. The only downside I can think of is how razor sharp it is and just keep away from children and use gloves to avoid cuts

      Cangshan H Series - Beautiful Simplicity

      I was looking for something slightly above economy level quality knives without spending $1,000. The price, quality, and aesthetics of this set really appealed to me. They're beautiful, incredibly sharp out of the box, and a real treat to handle in the kitchen. Very well-balanced in the hand. Can't speak to longevity or durability yet, but I do hand wash only and towel dry immediately after each use.
