The HELENA Series is an elegantly minimalist interpretation of the modern kitchen knife. A slim, semi-bolster perfectly balances the knife's full tang while complementing the sleek, smooth lines of the handle. Two stain-resistant steel rivets solidly fasten the ergonomic handle to the blade, providing a secure, comfortable grip. This limited-edition blade is forged from Swedish 10C28Mo2 razor-blade steel for a harder and more durable blade than its German steel counterpart.

The 8-inch Chef’s Knife is one of the kitchen’s most essential and versatile tools.     Cracking handles

    The knives are beautiful, but they haven’t lasted us very long. Less than 2 years and the handles are cracking. We don’t own a dishwasher, so our knives have only ever been washed/dried by hand. I expected more longevity out of this set.

    Amazing knife

    I have many knives from expensive Japanese imported , shun,wusthof , global and the is my most favorite knife. I find my self reaching for this knife without thought. The comfort of the handle and the slick design cuts everything like butter. With the price being so affordable it’s a easy choice for gifting someone from a professional chef to a DYI home chef.

    Paring Knife

    I ordered the red paring knife. I am obsessed with this knife. I have a set of Cangshan knives, but wanted an additional paring knife. I thought of just getting any knife, but when I saw all the awesome colors, I had to get one in red. The quality, effectiveness, and separate sheath is worth the price.
