We bought the TN one series, cheese and tomato knife the year ago. Very soon it was my go to knife for more than that! Incredible quality and my knife still looks brand new after well. Over a years worth of almost constant use. I am now back on the company website to purchase a small set of additional nice. For those who have smaller hands or perhaps less strength, these are very light and extremely well balanced. I have found a gem of a company that has an amazing quality of product. I highly recommend their knives.
